Introducing the concept of how to reduce anxiety

How to reduce your anxiety?

Introduction| Alpha mindset by Angel Siblani

Anxiety can lead to rapid, shallow breathing. When you notice it happening make a conscious effort to take slow, controlled, deep breaths. Breath in through your nose for five seconds, hold for two seconds, and then exhale through your mouth for seven seconds. Concentrate on every breath until you are calm.

You need to know that it’s important to get anxious and stressed from time to time. Alerting your mind to keep your body in healthy mode is normal, even healthy, to rejuvenate.

“You worry about your future? You are in the present now. If you had a bad day? Well tomorrow is a new day. Thinking about your past? You are not there anymore.”

Don’t quit, be positive, be patient, stay focused, be happy… etc. In reality all the motivational mouths are great for your mental health but you have to keep it simple and work hard to make it happen. How?

“It’s all about the way of thinking .” What you think you’ll be. Whatever the case you’re going through now. Whether you’re anxious, stressed, depressed, frustrated, feeling down or overwhelmed by something you don’t know about… it’s okay just remember that things are not always perfect, but if you free up your mind and let it go then you’ll realize that anxiety and depression are illusion factors that are able to control your mind as well as your body functioning because of you. Because you allowed it to be a part of your daily routine. You gave it all the attention and energy that it needed to control you completely.

Free your mind and let it go. Change your way of thinking, calm down, breathe, relax and meditate. Through meditation you’ll learn how you can be more aware of yourself to love yourself more, and accept your own feelings. It’s a process of learning how to build relationships with yourself and others.

At the end of each situation there’s always a chance to survive. Anxiety is a state of emergency that consumes your energy and your brain to focus on your body functional activities.
